Just did the paperwork for the X Macro. Looks like a worthwhile upgrade to my 1st gen P365. We shall see.

    Hickok45 hates it.
Best thing for most people is the 17 round magazine that is backwards compatible with all P365s.

Minor thread jack here. I have a P320 subcompact. Does the Wilson Combat frame make that big of a difference? Trying to figure out if it's worth it or I may sell it and get something different. (Possibly a P365 or a S&W Shield plus.
Absolutely. It's like going from Really Good to grabbing a handful of titties.

Also, Wilson has the 320 CARRYII. Little longer grip and takes 17 round mags. :)

    A second Hickok45 review.
Doesn't like the compensator and says the gun is so big it is a belt gun instead of a pocket gun.
He carries P365 so he likes the platform, just not this version.

Well duh, if you're going for a pocket gun just carry a Ruger LCP MAX in my opinion.

If you want a nice AIWB, any version of 365 is for you. I think the only version of 365 that is even remotely suitable for pocket carry is the original 365 (NOT XL, not macro, etc). Even at that, it's a little big IMO for a "true" pocket gun.

Agree. I have a vanilla P365. A little big for the pocket. Love the gun.

Did you have any problems with the shop saying it’s not on the roster yet. I’ve talked to multiple shops and none of them had a clear answer. Some say it’s a variant so it’s not needed and others say MSP considers it a new platform and you have to wait for approval.

She is excellent and will be able to give you the best and most accurate answer. She wins my vote as State Employee of the Year with her help in getting the P322 squared away on the HG Roster.
