Wanted to try 6.8. This upper looks nice with a good SPCII barrel and MWI G2 12" handguard. it does not include the BCG or charging handle.

i was looking at a DD complete upper which has the BCH and charging handle and that was between $950 and $1,200. This is a better deal when you add another $200 for the BCG and CH.

Anyone have any experience with quality or opinions on price ?

In today's climate I'd say if you can find one complete you better buy it if it's really what you want. I have a Bushmaster upper in 6.8 and love it, but I can't speak for the quality of either you suggested.

Most people I see with PSA speak highly of them. IMO it would be a good deal. Only downfall is no BCG or CH as you said. If you can locate a BCG and CH, I'd go the PSA route. The DD is gonna be great also, but at a higher price. Are you able to locate the DD upper, in stock? I'd pretty much take whatever you can snag at this moment in the AR frenzy.
