Does the town have any laws concerning carrying a firearm or do they follow state laws?

Last I heard OC LEO’s are consulting the MSP because no one understands the Bruen decision by SCOTUS.

Unfortunately MSP has been on a learning curve so they are dispensing confusing guidance on W&C when called at the number at the back of the W&C permit.

Yes. Anyone selling their wares must have a permit, especially if doing so on the boardwalk
