As expected because gun control has nothing to do whatsoever with public safety. It has everything to do with control of the population. But of course so called advocacy groups like the NRA keep trying to argue that gun control is about public safety. Until they acknowledge that any gun grab is actually a method to control us it will continue to lose the gun control argument. That's why although is enough empirical evidence to show that guns in the hands of good guys actually save lives Democrats still press on with their desire for near total gun bans
