Excellent. Now we see the flood of applications and increased wait time for md. It'll be interesting to see how this impacts md's training requirements.
10 hours of training consisting of ten one hour classes. Only offered for free by MSP every fifth Thursday of the month. Must complete all within a 3 month period.

    That's my guess at least.

Great news, glad I already got mine though ;-)
The best part of this decision is that Justice Thomas stated as part of the decision that the 2nd Amendment is not in place for the Government to LIMIT an individual's right but rather the 2nd Amendment is in place to limit the Government. This will further transcend and apply across all Amendments. The CONSTITUTION protects the PEOPLE from the Government not the Government from the People.

Federal courts tasked with making difficult empirical judgments regarding firearm regulations under the banner of “intermediate scrutiny” often defer to the determinations of legislatures. While judicial deference to legislative interest balancing is understandable—and, elsewhere, appropriate—it is not deference that the Constitution demands here. The Second Amendment “is the very product of an interest balancing by the people,” and it “surely elevates above all other interests the right of law-abiding, responsible citizens to use arms” for self-defense.

Summary: the court ruled only open carry is constitutional. It was a loss.

    Oh wait, not.

Can all the open carry and charles nichols types shut tf up now?

Excuse me while I go open carry my braced pistol at the walgreens...
