Which of the 5 high profile opinions will be next? I would think (Kennedy v Bremerton) or (Biden v Texas), would be released this week.

I only figure 4 opinion release days.

My educated guess… since 5 major cases.

Dobbs, the last day.

NYSRPA Thursday, if not then probably Friday.

Which leaves us Texas, West Virginia, and Kennedy.

2 will have to come on the same day. I foresee Texas and West Virginia on the same day, and Kennedy on its own day.

I believe Kennedy will be released before Texas and West Virginia.

However I could be wrong.

What I am fairly confident is on two things. Dobbs will be the last major case released. NYSRPA will probably be released on Thursday or Friday.

With 13 opinions to be rendered to the public, there is plenty of fodder for adding another release day.

I am 99.9999999999999999% sure that we will have all opinions out before the end of June.

I suspect two more opinion days will be added next week. At least one though.

However, my opinion on that could change after today, and tomorrow (Thursday 23, Friday 24th)

Let us see how many opinions we get released today as well as tomorrow (Friday)

If we get 5 today and 5 tomorrow. Then that will only leave 3 left…
