That order was struck down as unconstitutional, IIRC.

Was this not the way with some judges back in the day? Enlist in the armed services or get enrolled in prison.They should also reform people. I think if people, particularly younger offenders, were sentenced to a trade or degree and their record expunged after completion we would cut recidivism tremendously.
