This is their minimalist buckle many use for appendix carry. They don't stay in stock too long.

If you were thinking about getting a ratchet belt, might want one of these.

Smaller square buckle lets you move the belt to and fro within the belt loops.
I ordered one. This will be my 3rd Nexbelt along with 2 EDC belts.

I ordered one since every one seems to rave about them. See how it stacks up against a kore belt.

This has a minimalist buckle??? That sure looks like a thick buckle. How does that not dig in to your abdomen?

I'm curious about this given the cooler weather on the way but do they stay in place with just the one strap? I'll look for another thread on this.
I've used mine with no issues. It's a survival sheath brand kydex.
Drawing out of a shoulder holster needs to be drawn with a "snap!".
You definitely don't need that old school suspender strap attaching to your pants.

Feels no different than any other buckle. Don't over think things.
How far is your pistol digging into your waistline at any position?
The minimalist portion refers to the width/length of the buckle compared to their other EDC buckles.
Those would get in the way a little.

Not sure what your trying to compare?
A ratchet buckle is a ratchet buckle.
Kore has a steel insert, right?
Steel lined is fine for owb because you might need the support. Steel lined isn't needed for iwb.
The Nexbelt is comfy for non carry wear.

But these belts are just like shoes. You need to rotate them so you aren't beating up on the same one everyday.
    Same with leather owb holsters.

Quality, finish, longevity, comfort level, will likely be different(maybe not who knows, but ill find out).

You'll like it for what it is.

Not that you are this guy, but the keyboard commandos who go " It doesn't have a steel core!! It sucks. Get a Kore!! Yeah!"

Then I love the guys who go "Hanks belt is the best ever!", screaming about a holed belt in a ratchet belt ad.

Nah if it's more comfy without an insert, guess which one I'm wearing.

Just an update, nexbelt is more comfrtable for me, I ordered the brown and black dress belts that showed up today also.

The kore belt is stiffer, would be useful of carrying a desert eagle, g34 or something heavy. For my use nexbelt wins.

If anyone is on the fence about getting an adjustable Nexbelt for IWB carry, I LOVE mine. I got the John Lovell version and it's phenomenal. I carry a tier 1 axis slim for glock 19/RMR/TLR-7a/spare mag, and it's super comfortable (for an AIWB holster).

I'm sticking with Nexbelt but have now broken two in the same spot. Ordered 2/1/21 and they sent me a replacement which has now met the same end! I epoxy repaired one.
