I've been around here for a few years now. I've bought a few guns and a decent amount of ammo. My experience has been to buy your guns from people you trust and buy your ammo from only one place. Sure, with every new gun I buy 2 boxes of ammo to break it in. After that I need at least 1K rounds as range and possible defense ammo. Here's my advice ...
1. Gunrunners in Frederick is top notch for guns (Bob).
2. Hafers in Hagerstown or Falling Waters is second for guns (TJ).
3. Atlantic Guns in Rockville (Matt) is really good until they have your money (not sure but that DIFFERENT ******* helped everyone but me before I left the store). After they have your cash then their customer service blows.
4. Don't buy bulk ammo from anyone except Ammo Jon.
