You can already buy a mini mill and add CNC to it. The mill itself is around $500 to $800. Go watch some YouTube videos on it. There is a couple out there where a guy mills an entire AR-15 lower from aluminum bar stock. I am not talking about an 80% lower here, but a lower from scratch. The technology is getting to the point where smart people with some coin can actually manufacture their own firearms.
