Went to the gun shop last night because gun came in. I completted my 77R online and got the Pin # and App #. When i got there paid my 19 dollars and had to fill out another form (Not sure what one) It had 20 some questions. They told a buddy the night before its for Federal Gov. Anyone know of this form.

Although I think 4473 may indeed be the right answer, I'm gonna go "The Price is Right", and say 4472.

OP - was it this form?

If so, it's pretty much required for all firearms purchases through an FFL. Nothing odd about it.
