Needed to protect rights

Councilman McCarthy has introduced a resolution to oppose the Maryland Firearms Safety Act. I support this resolution, but it does not go far enough. The County Council must pass a nullification ordinance to prevent enforcement of the act within the bounds of Cecil County.
