Good day MDS,
I'm in need of a contractor or two to do some work, in the Bel air area. My usual contractors are MIA or out of commission. If this isn't the correct location to put this well, i'm sure someone will let me know.
one particularly Big job is:
I have a couple of buildings that need to be demo'd, hauled away utilities capped and crater filled up with crushed stone.
I need a metal roof repaired on a barn like building, there is one hole near the middle, and one of the corners of the roof needs to be fixed.
I also need an exterior light installed on this same building
i need a residential hardwood floor refinish, roughly 1200 sq feet, i
and residential carpet about 1000 sq feet as well. this last job i'm on the fence about carpet or vinyl tile, so there is that.
anyone who does the work or has a good recommendation would be appreciated. more details can be provided.
