I have been looking for a decent plumber in central MD for 30 years,,,
I have never price shopped, but I am not going to pay $200 an hour so I can go back and fix their work.

Don't know if they do MoCo but call all around plumbing in frederick. Request Brian (one of their service plumbers). Very knowledgeable and won't ******** you. We have used them at work and he's the one we ask for.

If you want the work contained within that section of drywall cut out, it won't be to code. I'm assuming that the other side of the wall contains a bathroom sink. A new drain line would have to be brought up separate from that drain.

IMO just skip pulling a permit and bootleg the rough in by cutting a tee into the drain line and stubbing out the water lines. It's not that serious of a job and not that egregious of a bootleg.

My only suggestion would be to not have a disposal installed on the new sink.
