Ok, before I stray in to the hinterlands of the interwebs...
Any one have a pet subload for a 308 they want to share.

I have the following bullets to play with
    150 gr
    155 gr cast
    168 gr
    175 gr
    179 gr
    180 gr
    220 gr

Out of a 700 with a 20 in barrel and a yhm can.

    175 SMK
    Lapua brass
    CCI 200 primer
    10gr Trailboss

    Another
200 grain Lapua sub-sonic projectiles at around 1030 fps but are still fine tuning the Trailboss .... I'm at 10.7grn and that's looking good.

Seen several loads around 7.5-9 but those were gas checked cast bullets.

Be CAREFUL working up a subsonic load...test without your suppressor. If you can't stabilize them, you could destroy your can.

Watch for key holing and once you have a load that shoots well at 100yards shoot through paper or cardboard about 6" from barrel to make sure they are stable from the muzzle all the way out to 100 yards.

Don't waste your match bulets on the subsonic loads... 180gr Sierra flat nose have worked for MANY with zero issue, some sub MOA even at 100 yards.

Im interested In your findings, about to purchase a thunderbeast myself.

trailboss is the powder to use but have fun finding it at this moment! it fills the case as much as standard smokeless and allows for no buffer material!
