Myrtle Grove closed

From DNR's FB page:

The shooting range at Myrtle Grove WMA will be closed until further notice due to a fire. Staff are currently assessing the damage. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to get things back to order as soon as possible.

Kind of strange this happed now just before they close for two + weeks for gun season.

charles county needs a second and maybe a third public range like myrtle grove.

I still have a bunch of 22LR tracers from keepshooting

Yeah, it won't open until AT LEAST after the closure.

St Mary's Salem tract doesn't get used, PERFECT place for a range.
But then, no secret DNR doesnt want to run the ones they have much less add more.

That said, I may restart my email,letter,phone call crusade again.
DNR, county delegates, State Senator, etc. Now imagine if a couple hundred of us did...
