Our guest speaker will be David A. Keene. Mr. Keene was the president of the National Rifle Association from 2011 to 2013. From 1984 to 2011, he was the chairman of the American Conservative Union. He is currently the Opinion Editor for The Washington Times. Mr. Keene is also a Maryland resident so he is aware of our Second Amendment issues.
