MSP QHIC debacle

Okay, I have had it with the MSP Licensing website. Here's the scoop. My student (thankfully, just one so far) tried to enter my QHIC on the website and got an error that it is invalid. He and I both called the Licensing Division, and they are making a great effort but it seems there is a big problem with the website (shocker of the year). I am showing up as valid and active in their system, but it shows my QHIC as still pending in my login.

So here are my questions:

1. Has anyone had a similar issue?

2. What is the process for verifying/validating a student when they complete the course?

I appreciate any help or thoughts.

1. I had a similar issue with my QHIR number when they changed over to QHIC / QHIL system, there were 2 prompts, caused lots of issues. System changed.

2. Validate Students. After the student completes their online application, a prompt will appear on YOUR login on the left border. Click on it and follow the prompts. That's it.
