This is you final reminder reminder that the annual MRPC Holiday Party will be held on Saturday January 18th, 2014.
Our annual January Holiday Party will be held on Saturday January 18, 2014 from 2:00PM-5:00PM. As in the past, you must have a ticket in order to attend the party. We do this as we need to get a ‘head count’ of those who will attending. The number of tickets is capped at 150 due to the available seating in Memorial Hall. Tickets are $10.00 each, half of which goes to support our events and the other half to a raffle (winner drawn at the party). Tickets can be purchased from Jim Bryant ( treasurer@monumental.org ) .
An abbreviated meeting will be held and no new memberships will be taken at this time. Renewals will be taken from noon until 1:30pm in the Trap Room area. Renewals will be accepted but not new members so that the Club Instructor, Treasurer, and Secretary can enjoy the event. Please bring exact changes or check to pay for your renewals!
Duesenberg’s of Catonsville will be catering the event this year. The menu will be pot roast, mashed potatoes, green beans, vegetable lasagna and rolls. As is out tradition, we invite all of the participating guests to bring a side dish, salad, appetizer, or dessert to fill out the table. The club will be providing water, soda, beer, wine, and coffee/tea.
Again, tickets are $10 per person and will not be sold at the door. To reserve a ticket please email Jim Bryant by no later than Tuesday January 15, 2014 so we can give Duesenberg's an accurate head count.
