I did a search and it kept hitting on the 3% thread/user so it may be a cursed subject :innocent0

I was wondering if anyone has the Svarog 12 Gauge Zeverboy mold and would be interested in letting me borrow/lease it to make a few segmented slugs with it for testing and keep on-hand. (I've only found them still available on Ebay for about $190 after shipping and taxes) ebay

In general I would be willing to loan or make casting from any molds I currently have. (I should make a mold list anyway for my own reference)
I mostly cast for 20 and 12ga shotgun, but have a few interesting 7.62 and .458 molds among others.

I broke down and paid out the A$$ for the 12ga Zeverboy mold off of EBay.

So If anyone wants some samples, let me Know. .725 fullbore at 530-560gn

I’m gonna order the brush wad from BPI that’s recommended as the screw on base for the slug

Found a screw (#4-5/8) that fits them to the BRP-12 wad nicely and have 25 loaded up over a X12X gas check and 25gn of 800x for testing at camp next time. I insert the wad and slug into an empty decapped straighwall hull to align them, then start the threading of the screw. Then push out the stack and finish screwing down the slug tight on the bench (The BRP-12 is symmetric so the sealing cup fits the rounded bottom of the slug perfectly and also helps the alignment)

Looking forward to a range report and hopefully to a effectiveness report from actual use on game.

I don’t hunt, so that report will be long in coming.

The BRP-12 wads had great flight control and hit about 3moa at 100yds from the slug gun, and 12moa from the smooth bore Beretta 1301 with reddot.

    Very satisfied

This fellow was on my game cam this trip. I like to stay well armed when at camp. I’ve seen it many times at night, but this was the first afternoon sighting
