Thought I would post a separate thread on how to modify job tied carry, rather than keeping adding to the various Hogen posts.

I'm seeing some say go on line and upload a mod request form. I do not see one on dashboard but did find on google a PDF to fill out.
Also heard is a $10 check or money order which leads me to believe you would mail it in.

So for those surfing here from work with limited time, whats the way to do it step by step?

    Thank you

Yeah, I submitted mine through there, it took. Just added Hogan's order to reasoning. Does anyone know lead times on modification application?

Following this thread, submitted request for modification on June 28th. Still hasn't been accepted yet.

I submitted my request for modification on 6/24 (around noon) and received an email notification today (around 2pm) that my application had been accepted - so basically 8 business days from submission to acceptance.

No need for an amendment, unless you want a clean permit for piece of mind. All restrictions are now null and void.
