The Government of Mexico today filed a new lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Tucson, Arizona against five Arizona gun dealers. The lawsuit alleges that these dealers routinely and systematically engage in the illicit trafficking of weapons, including of military-style weapons, for criminal organizations in Mexico through sales to straw purchasers and sales meant for arms smugglers.

The lawsuit notes that the five stores are among the Arizona dealers whose guns are most frequently recovered in Mexico. The companies being sued are: (i) Diamondback Shooting Sports, Inc. (Tucson); (ii) SNG Tactical, LLC (Tucson); (iii) Loan Prairie, LLC, known as The Hub Target Sports (Tucson); (iv) Ammo A-Z, LLC (Phoenix), and (v) Sprague's Sports, Inc. (Yuma).

The lawsuit is part of a multifaceted strategy by the Government of Mexico to stop the avalanche of guns, particularly assault weapons, coming from the United States that empower criminal groups, cause bloodshed in Mexico and contribute to drug trafficking to the United States.

Didn't they just get outed for the military selling to cartels?

Perhaps they are going after the wrong people.

I would have encouraged a lawsuit like this with the US Gov't as the accused party ~10 or so years ago when Obama was deliberately funneling guns in to Mexico in order to push an agenda.

Who do we sue for Mexican made/transported Fentanyl and resulting overdoses in the U.S?
It's actually China that does the making. Illegal border crossers are most the mules but it's really Brandon/Braying Donkey who have the ultimate blame for that.

if mex would shut down their drug trades, that should also stem the demand for gunz. doubtful many down there want guns to protect their cornfields.

    China and Mexico.

In the 1800's or so laws were passed in CA severely restricting Chinese. A lot self-deported to China, others moved down to Mexico. These Chinese had their own medicines including, you got it, opium. They were growing it in MX when the Mexicans saw the US market and imported it up.

The current situation is a huge expansion on the old history.

My read on the situation anyhow.

In a related case, the blue states go wit Mexico first

Montana's Republican Attorney General Austin Knudsen told Fox News Digital that he plans on responding to the case and "asking my attorney general colleagues who are pro-Second Amendment to join me."

"The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act has been law for nearly two decades and has been an important safeguard of our right to keep and bear arms, so it’s not surprising that these anti-gun politicians are seeking to weaken those protections," he said.

"What is surprising is that they are siding with a foreign government to attack Americans’ constitutionally guaranteed rights," he said.
Not surprising actually considering they're Marxist traitors who willingly make deals with corrupt drug trafficking socialist foreign governments to achieve their goal of total control.

    It’s time to sue Mexico.

The US has the legal authority to sue foreign countries for drug trafficking under the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act.

    Introduced in House (10/28/1999)

Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act - Provides authority for the identification of and worldwide sanctions against foreign narcotics traffickers whose activities threaten U.S. security, foreign policy, or the economy.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of State, and the Director of Central Intelligence to consult and provide information to the President, in order that he may submit an unclassified annual report to specified congressional committees: (1) publicly identifying significant foreign narcotic traffickers who are appropriate for sanctions; and (2) detailing intent to impose such sanctions.

Requires an additional classified presidential report to Congress. Excludes from the report information which could jeopardize intelligence operations.

Allows the President to waive sanctions if U.S. national security would be harmed. Requires congressional notification of waivers.

Subjects significant foreign narcotics traffickers publicly identified in the report to the blocking of assets. Prohibits transactions by U.S. persons in property or interests of such traffickers. Imposes criminal penalties for violations of this Act.

Foreign affairs is a two way relationship you help me, I help you. You screw me, I screw you more so the memory lasts…..to include the donkey show.
