I perused many an interwebs foto and indeed it's a horse. Thanks HAs screwy as weather patterns were this fall, I wouldn't rule it out. We've seen things this season that "shouldn't be here" as well.
Hard to get a size from the pic, but WETA could fit the bill, in the extreme. That said, the lack of white on the wing says it's more likely a transitional Scarlet Tanager.

Hire @Rickman to come over....Not MD but Locust Grove Va, the ring camera has been going off a lot at my nephews house lately and we can see mice running up the exterior walls around the camera. A couple days ago we started capturing images of a hawk getting the mice, I think its pretty cool, wish the images were better.
