I do the opposite some times. I expect reciprocal license to be greater now too of course but no extra tags for sika as far as I know in DE but firearms for the rut. Old Sharptown road next to the river is where you want to be over there.I live in Delaware and hunt Maryland. Even as a land owner, I still have to buy an out of state license. On top of that, I’m in the middle of prime sika territory. Man, it’s getting expensive to hunt Maryland
Nobody likes an increase, but your right.Maybe it’s me but I don’t think it is a bad deal. For around $100 I can hunt deer, Turkey, squirrel, fox, raccoon, geese, duck, dove, Sika, etc with generally generous bag limits. Hunting from September to February. That’s equal to one dinner out for a family of 4 at a mid-level restaurant .
Md has many first class public trophy deer lands not far from from many peoples homes.
You can hit three openers in a tri state area with firearms if your an avid hunter as well.
With of course the associated fee's and two less for property owner exemptions. Maybe three, but I dont know what Wva does for landowners in regards for license purchase I dont hunt there.
