What it doesn’t specify (or I am missing it) if non-resident from FL or UT are allowed to carry “concealed deadly weapon” DE words,
    DE doesn't differentiate...

Persons possessing a recognized license or permit to carry a concealed deadly weapon issued by one of the states listed may lawfully possess a concealed deadly weapon while in Delaware. Such persons are subject to and responsible for knowing and obeying all Delaware laws and regulations applicable to carrying or possessing of deadly weapons.

For the period from January 15, 2024 to January 15, 2025, Delaware recognizes the concealed deadly weapon licenses or permits issued by following states:

    ALASKA
    ARIZONA
    ARKANSAS
    COLORADO
    FLORIDA
    IDAHO (Enhanced Permits Only)
    KANSAS

    KENTUCKY
    MAINE
    MICHIGAN
    MISSOURI
    NEW MEXICO
    NORTH CAROLINA
NORTH DAKOTA (Class 1 permits only)

    OHIO
    OKLAHOMA
    SOUTH DAKOTA (Enhanced Permits Only)
    TENNESSEE
    TEXAS
    UTAH
    WEST VIRGINIA

A DE resident must have a DE CCDW permit to conceal carry in DE.

Non-Resident permits are accepted from the states listed above for all Non-DE Residents.

Open Carry is Constitutionally allowed for all those who are not prohibited from possession regardless of domicile.

As noted above, UT, FL, ME, AZ. UT is hardest to get, ME might be easiest, FL the most popular.

UT is the one to get if you spend time in the Pacific Northwest because it gives you Washington state that others don't.
FL requires nonFlorida residents to mail a fingerprint card, but they will send you up to 9 cards just for asking. FL does theirs thru their Department of Agriculture.

Florida is ridiculously expensive to renew. I think they wanted $100. I haven't been to Florida in ages, so I let mine expire.

I just send Utah $25 and a new photo every 5 years, and I'm good to go... to go to Delaware anyway.

Now that Florida recognizes my Maryland permit, there's no reason to get their's.

Did Utah send you a notice of expiration? I am almost at the 90 day period so I was thinking of doing it online if possible. I remember the last time I did it, they sent me an application.

If and when you get a chance to leave the People's Republic here's what's possible.

    SC resident
    MD W&C
    PA non-resident
Utah non-resident (gives me Washington State, only one left after the others.

The usual blue moron states aren't worth visiting anyway, but I am bummed about Colorado.
