Have been trying to access the portal. Just called State Police and the portal has crashed.

I've been trying since yesterday to recover my account, and keep getting a message that an error has occurred, try later. How much later?

I logged in just now to may saved app with no trouble.

It is only about 1/4 done, and no docs have been uploaded.

I couldn't log in from my Mac on Safari or Chrome but was able to log in from my phone. Sucked to do the work on the phone but at least it worked and it's submitted.

I probably got right in since I don't have the training yet.

No doubt as soon as I get training and prints, the portal will be locked up tighter than a Jew's purse.

I can get in today. In the past, I have tried and been locked out. Needed to go through the password change. When I put in my old password as my new password (the one that didn't work) I was notified that the old and new password cannot be the same. lol

Erroneous message, pretty sure it means the portal did respond to the web page front end login request.

I always love error messages that are themselves errors.
