I would say: Been there, done that, got the t-shirt, but I got a hat instead. I have commented in the past that they seem a little slow while filling out their part of the paper work so that you have to stay there a little longer and wander around and see what else you want to buy on your next visit. Good sales tactics 101.

I have a smart car. Gas was like $37 for both ways, I got to see the sights of the area. Plus we barely have any FFL's with real storefronts out here. Really only one good one.
Have you been to PSG Armory in Calvert County?
As far as true store front FFLs,, they are solid folks,, 2 years ago when the just released Marlin SBL, BLG and trappers were going for close to 2K,, PSG was selling what they got in at MSRP
Even "Buds" was selling the Marlins for $1800 :(

That's who I was talking about with my one good one. :)

I have not been in there but I know they are highly praised.

I have bought a lot of stuff from Dan over the years and he helped get me into the ‘can’ game. He also has a ton of knowledge about all things handguns. Honestly, I wish he carried more bolt guns but he can order just about anything you need.
But he and his staff are really great. I highly recommend.

I'll say it again. S&S Guns in huntingtown will handle all your transfers and they have a nice inventory of guns. Plus, from checking in the past they have the least expensive FFL fees that I have found anywhere and they'll be at the Crownsville Gun show this weekend.

Mr Pickles, I won't be crass, and tell you that your opinion might hold more weight if you were an MDS supporter, nor will I suggest you repair to your domicile and retrieve your shoe polishing apparatus

I said, no more shines. Maybe you didn't hear about it, you've been away a long time. They didn't go up there and tell you.
