I did the Utah non-resident CCW license training at a Maryland gun range....wonder how long it will take for MD to join NY as a "shall issue" state? Maybe even offer reciprocity with the Utah license holders to keep the training fees reasonable?

MD will do EVERYTHING it can to drag it's feet as long as it can, and to make the process as drawn out, expensive, and cumbersome as it possibly can!
