They're neat little guns. Years ago I had one in 7mm Mauser with a 22" barrel and the full-length stock, and it was a sweetheart. It was made before WWI. Wish I still hd it.

How long is the bbl?

Not sure how long. The gun overall is not very long and IIRC there are Japanese characters on it. It seems very well-built.

That looks like a sporterized Arisaka. Just your standard sporterized gun.

An older Mannlicher Schoenauer is an heirloom level rifle. Very high quality.
