So you might be wondering "What's with the yellow star? Isn't that ... objectionable?"

Yes, yes it is. But it's objectionable because back in 2010 then-Senator Brian Frosh introduced legislation to label firearm owners with a yellow-badge on their driver's licenses.
“7(A) A regulated firearms dealer or person may only sell or transfer a handgun to another person if the purchaser or transferee presents to the seller or transferror a valid Maryland driver’s license with an approved handgun purchase designation or photographic identification card with an approved handgun purchase designation issued to the purchaser or transferee by the Motor Vehicle Administration.”
Both MSI and AGC obtained draft copies of the bill and wrote commentaries.
MSI - Maryland General Assembly Introduces ‘Racist’ Gun Safety Act of 2010
    - or "The Scarlet G for Gunowners Bill of 2010"
AGC - Racist Maryland Gun Bill Will Label You a ‘Gun Owner’ on your DRLC

Neither 2010/SB645 nor 2010/HB820 made it past the First Reader in their respective chambers. But they have tried it before, and I have every expectation that they will try it again. And Senator Waldstreicher is exactly the up-and-coming, chomping-at-the-bit, liberal legislator you and I can expect to do so. He has already laid the groundwork for it with 2023/SB1 and 2023/SB118.

So come on down to Annapolis and make Waldstreicher and the the other unConstitutional, oath-violating legislators walk the Gauntlet of Shame.

Perhaps the good Senator from Montgomery County should go explain to the Supreme Court that they made an error, which he is taking on himself to correct their mistake.

FOX45 caught Sen Waldstreicher in the act of being himself.

Beginning after the 1:50 minute mark Sen. GunstriKKKer is being deliberately insulting and showing his genuine contempt for Sen. Ready - - and for all of us - - with his childish, petulant and useless remark:

“We can walk and chew gum at the same time.”

This is the King of Kensington’s very own “basket of deplorables” Hilary comment about us.

We unconditionally oppose you in your grandstanding unconstitutional legislative tantrum.

“And we will chew gum at the same time.”

    Stay chewable, my friends!
