LWRC DI Competition Model Legal in MD?

Anyone know if this is legal in MD? It doesn’t state that it is an HBAR.

My guess is yes given the barrel but ask them, they’re MD based and will tell you.

Because of the external rifling all of the LWRCI rifles are considered hbars and Maryland compliant. Considering how accurate the DI is I bet that's the same barrel as the non competition one.
