Hey Guys I did the dumbest thing and tried to deprime a Berdan Case with the Lee Universal Decapper. It broke the unbreakable pin. I need to findout if there are any stores that sell the Pins locally (in Maryland). I called Bass Pro and they don't have one. Can you guys help? I ordered on line but I want to get back to loading ASAP.

    Thanks

I replaced my broken decapping pin with a drill bit of the appropriate diameter.

Since the bit's length was excessive, I snapped it to size and put the sharp edged end into the holder.

    Still working fine.

    I must be having a brain-fart/brain-cramp.

Is that the decapper that has a small shellholder and a 'punch' that's tapped w/ a hammer?????

ETA: Just looked online and got the answer I needed.

Next question...... will an RCBS decapping pin fit in that 'thang'?!?!?!?!!?

I echo the thought of using a piece of drill rod/drill bit in place of the broken piece.
