Little magnetic rubber pads...what do you call them?

The little pieces of rubber that you stick to the end of your shotgun while you're shooting trap...what the heck are they called? They protect your muzzle while you rest the gun on the ground. Trying to buy some but have no idea what to search for.

Is this a range protocol…muzzle on the ground?

I keep my muzzle away from the ground. But the gun handling I have seen at trap, skeet, and sc ranges muzzle down on the ground doesn’t surprise me.
