They cover everything for the MD and AZ Permits for MD residents. With work, I can carry in all 50, but I mainly want the WV Permit for the NICS exemption. The WV course also covers VA according to their website and the WV Permit is available to non-residents.Never heard of them, what’s the curriculum? Does it qualify for training in any other states like a Utah permit, or is this purely tactics/educational since WV is constitutional carry now?
Huh?I mainly want the WV Permit for the NICS exemption.
Several states forego the NICS call for those who have carry permits, WV among them.Huh?
Well, I am assuming the OP said he can carry in all 50 states for work, must be LEOSA. Why bother?Several states forego the NICS call for those who have carry permits, WV among them.
Mainly the exemption. I've been "delayed" a few times due to how common my name is.Well, I am assuming the OP said he can carry in all 50 states for work, must be LEOSA. Why bother?
Ok. I just didn't pick up on "NICS". Didn't know WV did that.Mainly the exemption. I've been "delayed" a few times due to how common my name is.
In WV, you still have to fill out the ATF Form 4473 and they either make a call or log everything into NICS on a computer. With a West Virginia Concealed Handgun License, you just fill out the 4473 and walk out the door with your purchase. Some dealers accept it and some don't. Most that I deal with around here do.Ok. I see your point, I almost named my daughter Conundrum.Mainly the exemption. I've been "delayed" a few times due to how common my name is.
