i know msi filed suit over wait times

There would be no logic in an individual filing suite, since it would be pre-empted by the lawsuit filed now. Early bird gets the worm.

No one to my knowledge sued before us though.

MSI filed the suit on behalf of a few individuals, AGC, the gun shops, and all members of MSI (if you havent joined please do so lawsuits are expensive), so in a way yes the suits were filed for individuals, its the courts so time is at their mercy. Be patient young Skywalker, in time resolve will this.

It just hit me today. I can plant my yellow squash seeds today, watch the plant slowly grow, and harvest and eat my yellow squash before I can pick-up my new purchase.
