I need a couple of measurements for a project.

M1 Garand, & M1903 Springfield.
Spacing between sling swivels.
Front swing swivel from butt-plate.
Thanks in advance I don't have a Garand, so I can't measure it for myself.

Are you looking for a measurement from the center of the swivel?

Swivel to swivel: 26"
Front swivel to buttplate: 29"
