I had the first failure of a second hand P32 a few weeks ago and what a failure it was. The barrel lug sheared off and jammed the action. I was able to free it at home and part of the lug fell out. From the look of the break surface, it had a crack for a long while that went undetected. Anyway, I called Kel Tec and they send me an authorization to send it to them on their dime.
It came back with a new barrel and several upgraded parts and is back to shooting just fine. I have to hand it to Kel Tec for customer service as, whenever I have dealt with them (buying parts or mod questions), they have always been helpful. I also like how they use K..T CNC as their name on envelopes so no one knows you are getting gun stuff.
