Just a quick note about an experience i had with the guys at A&D. I know there is a majority on the good side of experiences most of us at A&D have had but there were some negatives.
Anyway, this is some examples of the service I've had in the past. I am having an AR-15 transfer to me. I drove down to meet the fellow on Saturday. Arriving the first thing i was asked by MSP trooper was if i had my certification number with me. Which I did not. I asked if he could look it up and he couldn't. The fellow I am purchasing the weapon from said there was a range nearby where we could go retake the video and get the number again. We arrived and found they had a class in session, so that was out.
On a whim i called up A&D and asked if by chance they could pull the record that i took the class and give me the number. He said sure and tried pulling up my name, since i didnt buy the guy there only transferred for some reason he didnt have it in the computer.
So the dude litterally looked through a stack of paperwork for me and pulled the number! Saved me such a hassle, i was an hour from home as was the transferer.
Now only if Select fire can offer up the same customer service.
