Just Sent In My Designated Collector Form

I mailed off my Maryland Designated Collector form today. Any bets on how long they'll drag their feet once they receive it?

mailed mine in on 5/8/13 and received approval letter on 6/30/13. Almost 2 months.

i've heard of some people getting them much quicker. i guess it depends on a lot of things at their workplace..

I waited 6 weeks (App sent on 3 June) then emailed (emailed 15 July) them and I received an approved response through email and was told I should get my letter shortly.

So my guess is about 6 weeks

A Maryland Designated Collector is allowed to purchase more than one regulated firearm per month. This is for and within the State of Maryland only.

sign it in front of the notary and bring an id

Hey Guys,

As of today 8/13/2013 I'm still waiting.

If you have a recent regulated ND then it will be shorter. Recently people who had no regulated ND had waited up to 3 or 4 months. Mine took 4 months and 3 calls cause I never purchased a regulated firearm till after I applied for DC

Mine took about a month....received it about a week and a half ago. Looks like I got lucky...

I theoretically have mine. I was approved on 7/25 but never received the letter. Kinda frustrating.
