I'm looking for the following (separate positions):
1) Senior MSSQL DBA with SSRS expertise. Database administration, stored proc authoring, migrations, query and performance analysis, auditing configuration, replication/log shipping/mirroring/HA, report query development, report authoring and tuning, disaster recovery, etc.
2) .NET Programmer (other languages/tech a plus, including the "antique" stuff and ability to port legacy code to supportable technologies)
3) Senior application support specialist (both commercial and ad-hoc apps. We get everything thrown at us. I'm more interested in the capacity and desire to dig deep and "figure it out" than expertise in any particular app, although experience with LIMS systems such as Sample Manager and Bliss is a plus. Process Information type systems - PI, Uniformance, etc also a plus. Interfaces with other apps is a big part of our business, so understanding and support of such, including various scripting languages is also a plus.
All salaried 100k+ jobs for the right candidates. Benefits package is considered better than competitive....paid holidays, paid vacation, medical/dental/vision, HSA, 401k +match, etc.
All positions require the ability to learn and understand the underlying business processes of the clients, support and enhance the business processes as requested, strict adherence to client policies including management of change, direct interactions with clients, etc. Majority of our clients are industrial.
We try to do everything during normal business hours, but obviously this is IT, and some stuff can't be done during normal business hours. Some pre-scheduled off hours availability will be required (we're not assholes.....if you work late I don't expect to see you bright and early the next morning, but do expect my employees to be professional with regards to their time management)
All positions are subject to background check, random drug screening, and candidate must be able to obtain a TWIC credential (on my dime.....if you can get TSA PreCheck, you can get a TWIC)
THESE ARE NOT WORK FROM HOME POSITIONS. EXPECTATION IS IN THE OFFICE IN NEW CASTLE, DE.
