ISO: Pin and Weld Capable Gunsmith

Looking for a gunsmith who does quality work and is capable of doing a pin and weld job. I've got a Noveske 13.7" upper with a Surefire 3 3-prong flash hider that I would like to have pinned and welded. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in the North Calvert/Southern Anne Arundel area. The closer the better but willing to travel/ship.

When Masada Tactical was still a gun shop, we had Hanover Armory pin and weld quite a few for us with zero complaints.
They're near BWI.
