    I hope your right, the rules also say " semiauto with pistol grip that can accept a fore grip", is there a list , I am having trouble relocatin the evil gun list ..

    What is the context of this question? I believe both the Hi-point and Keltec are named to be banned in the currently legislation making it's way through the MD legal system.

    If you buy before the law takes effect, you can keep them if they are registered (based on current language).

    That's a different state AWB bill. The "capacity to accept" language is not in SB281.

    None of the bills add guns to the named lists. You're thinking of the proposed federal AWB.
