I have an Remington 870 wingmaster classic trap 12 gauge.

The barrel is original raised rib, with fixed choke.

Are the front bead sights on these shotguns always threaded? I wanted to ask before I go twisting on the bead in an effort to replace it with a hi-viz sight.

    Thanks in advance!

I don't know about that gun specifically, but, when I tried removing the front bead on my 870 I had to finally resolve to attaching my Undertaker FO bead right behind it.
