Is a LaRue 18" 7.62 Rifle Purchasable in Maryland?

I try to keep up with Maryland's laws but not sure about this one.. Is a LaRue 18" Tactical PredatOBR still good to go in MD?

My buddy bought one a year or so ago. Most of the 308 stuff is good to go.

And you are gonna love that rifle.
