i just purchased a Foxpro X1 with decoy (i could not justify shockwave at my novice level). any suggestions for preferred calls and/or pattern of calls. fox? coyote? bobcat?

im new to predator hunting. i will be hunting in the area of western maryland (hancock area). my terrain is 1000 of yards, power lines, open fields, strips of thick vegetation and woods, and rolling hills. ar10 and/or bolt .308 will be used. i have access to night vision and thermal scope so i can hunt day or night. i can hunt from ground (tripod) or from enclose platform stands.

like deer hunting i know wind is important, especially on the ground. but..... any suggestion? does or donts that standout?

Heard my very first coyotes in Fairview Orchards bottomland in the early '80s. Didn't realize what they were at the time.
