After I got approved for my WCP, I took the permit number and filed for my free HQL. It was so easy, I feel like I didn't do it correctly, which leads me to this.
Did I miss something in my application? On the main page, when I signed in, it shows pending. When I checked the checklist I see the above. What am I missing in my app or is this normal?
Anyone care to guess how long it might take to get my HQL issued to me?
