    Looks like Romanian to me, but I'm not an AK guy, so I could be wrong.

    It is Russian.

    Although Romanian and Russian markings look similar, the arrow on the inside is much more detailed. Note the flechette at the bottom noting its military nature as a military arrow plus the symbol of the Izhmash arsenal.

    The Romanian arrow is just a directional arrow that is much more crudely stamped with no flechette that is connected directly to the triangle itself which the Russian stamp does not touch the triangle at all like the one shown in the picture.


    This is a Romanian stamp on a WASR.
