Looking for some gunsmithing on my FN M70. I would like to get the barrel, bolt, ect coated to inhibit rust or wear (duracoat?) and get the wood stock waterproofed as well. Anyone point me in the right direction?

Bollingers Gunsmithing and Sales. They Cerakote and can probably help water proof your stock.

Former Dealer Connection partner Corsica Coatings still is an authorized DuraCoat installer.

For a wood stock , you can do yourself. Remove bbl action , botton metal , butt pad , etc. Anywhere you see raw wood , apply polyurathane ( or varnish if you are severly retro ) .

But the real answer is to purchase an inexpensive synthetic stock to specifically for use in wet conditions , while the beautiful wood waits back in the gunsafe.
