I've heard VA has been taking a proactive stance against them to make sure they don't get any more settled.

I was actually watching a show tonight a guy was in a chopper with a shotgun shooting hogs from the chopper. Looked like a blast.

Several feral pigs have been shot near UMES. Some still had ear tags (from UMES )

they are destructive and cost farmers millions of $$...many states want them gone but they are far too established to do so...I'd like to shoot them but I don't care for them in my state...I live in Idaho...and there are established hog populations in Oregon..
