JSA members. The club is hosting a 3D shoot for Archery buffs on the 8th of August and they are looking for volunteers to help with the event. All proceeds will go to the organization Hunt of A Lifetime. The organization uses the funds to take terminally ill children on either a hunting or fishing trip before their time here with us runs out. The club needs volunteers to help with food preparation, serving, clean up and a variety of other chores. The club will prepare breakfast foods for the competors early in the morning when sign up starts at either 6:00 or 6:30 (not sure). The club will also prepare and serve lunch foods later in the day. The event usually ends around 5:0ish when clean up will be needed. They do not expect anyone to work the entire event however if you can volunteer any time at all it would go toward a great cause. Members can contact the club to sign up if it is in your heart to do so.
